I have contacted support 7 times and no reply. This shirt is missing part of the lettering. I need it replaced and noone has contacted me. Very poor customer service.

The words were cut off at the top was very disappointed. We would love them replaced asap please
They were not printed right the top of the words were cut off. I sent three emails wanting them replaced and not heard back. We wanted them for October and I’m very dissatisfied

That set was cancelled and never printed, so you won't receive it or be charged for it. Depending on your bank, the refund can take 5 to 10 business days to show on your statement. Send me shirts with the correct size. My husband’s shirt should be a 3xl and my shirt should be a large. You sent me a 3xl and my husband a large. I can’t fit his shirt and he can’t fit mines.

We had such a fun time on the 4th of July wearing our shirts! I can’t tell you how many compliments we received! So many that I’d be surprised if some of our crazy friends didn’t order them for next year! Great quality. Screen printing was vibrant and didn’t fade when I washed them. I have not received my t-shirts. After investigating the issue, I was informed that the shipment was returned to your side because incorrect documentation was provided to the carrier on your side. What is even more disappointing is that I have been trying to contact you for over three weeks through both email and Instagram regarding this matter, yet I have not received a single response from your team. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and handling of this shipment. This level of service is unacceptable, and I expect a prompt resolution to this matter.
