Same. Nothing received. Tried messaging that items were being returned to sender when they were supposed to be forwarded to new address.
The photo shows it all. I received nothing. The postal service shipped my order back to sender. It was supposed to be forwarded to my new address and was not. I tried messaging you a couple times with no response.
They sent 2 broomstick shirts. I have sent multiple emails to support and received no reply. Now it's too late to fix the order and I need a refund. The website says they give refunds on mistake orders but can't get an acknowledgement regarding this issue.
Both say her broomstick!!! One was supposed to say the witch! Can’t get them to respond to or resolve the issue. Big waste of money!!

The words were cut off at the top was very disappointed. We would love them replaced asap please

That set was cancelled and never printed, so you won't receive it or be charged for it. Depending on your bank, the refund can take 5 to 10 business days to show on your statement. Send me shirts with the correct size. My husband’s shirt should be a 3xl and my shirt should be a large. You sent me a 3xl and my husband a large. I can’t fit his shirt and he can’t fit mines.

We had such a fun time on the 4th of July wearing our shirts! I can’t tell you how many compliments we received! So many that I’d be surprised if some of our crazy friends didn’t order them for next year! Great quality. Screen printing was vibrant and didn’t fade when I washed them. Shipping was in a timely manner and as expected. We will definitely order from this company again.

I have not received my t-shirts. After investigating the issue, I was informed that the shipment was returned to your side because incorrect documentation was provided to the carrier on your side. What is even more disappointing is that I have been trying to contact you for over three weeks through both email and Instagram regarding this matter, yet I have not received a single response from your team. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and handling of this shipment. This level of service is unacceptable, and I expect a prompt resolution to this matter.
